I can see the value of a woman’s different perspective in police work. The woman involved in this incident, for whatever reason, wasn’t up to the job. When male reinforcements showed up, they made quick work of subduing the perp.

I don’t understand the point of having female firefighters. The female point of view doesn’t bring anything to fighting a fire. And as for dragging my 240-pound-unconscious self out of a fire...
