The funny thing is you’d get it in five years but won’t remember this conversation and more importantly this situation won’t produce any lesson and you will still have the same approach for new situation which will be in fact identical to the present with maybe another players and geography. That’s 50 years of unmitigated disaster in the Middle East in a nutshell.
I started off saying out foreign policy is wrong. It’s actually been wrong since Korea, when w should have NUKED CHINA, which would have prevented Vietnam, or if not, nuked Hanoi.
But Tell Putin to keep his NBC suit close at hand. The 1st or 2nd nuke Iran launches (PAID FOR WITH PUTIN’S $) will “accidentally” turn towards Moscow.
