Yep- not even the super-wealthy. Steve Jobs of Apple fame was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. They supposedly caught it fairly early - and it was one of the less-aggressive forms. He even received a liver transplant as part of his “treatment” (many questioned how he got moved up the list with active pancreatic cancer). It bought him a little time - but there is no cure.
