IF trump was removed, pence could pick a new VP.
Then if Pence was removed, the now president VP pick could pick a new VP..

Schiff isn’t an idiot on this idea. No VP appointed by either Pence or Trump would likely be confirmed by BOTH the House and Senate. It takes both houses in this case...so, the VP office would remain open.
