Michael Moore is a traitor to the social compact that all decent, law abiding people implicitly enter into with one another. He benefits personally from it, even as he tries to undermine it. There’s no clearer example of a traitorous motive than that. Some try to undermine the social compact through open rebellion, and others, like Moore, do so by spreading poisonous lies and encouraging mistrust and resentment. There is no greater traitor to society than people like Michael Moore, who openly encourage social disharmony under the guise of social justice.
There’s History which is this notion that there’s a grand narrative, that there’s a side of History to be on, and so it is capitalized.
Then there’s history which is simply what happens.
Making History is usually a damn poor reason to make history.
That is especially true in the case of Obama.

Actually, there is some truth to that, but not for the reasons implied.
