I’m not convinced killing a captured terrorist is a real crime, nor that you have to be a weepy witness to the NYT to be a real man. But in any case, Gallagher was not convicted and the Prosecution was so weak they resorted to outright criminal activity to hang him.
Well you obviously have never been in the military. Everyone is taught that it is a crime to kill a prisoner of war. Everyone. There is no special Seal exception. That is why most people in the military consider this dirtbag a criminal.

Terrorists do not fall under the Geneva Convention rules. They are not uniformed military combatants. I read everything I could find about Gallgher and he was innocent and framed and some people lied to convict him.
