Chemo prolonged my husband’s life. We were both grateful for those extra years.

My wife and I talk about that. FWIW, her first husband died of leukemia about 40 years ago. We have our policy for two reasons: The secondary one is that we are in our sixties and nobody is dependent on either of us financially (unlike her first husband who left her with three kids under the age of 8, and he had been the sole breadwinner).

The primary reason is faith in the great healer. We’ve had two miraculous healings and dumped health insurance on 1/1/2014. When the Lord wants one of us, the other is ready to comply. :)

Life is a mist. Eternity is not.

Hmmm. I guess you have ultimate faith in God.

He MIGHT have some surprises for you--all good ones I hope.
