How did I know this would happen?

All those participating in the wrongful persecution of Gen. Flynn should be arrested , tried and hanged. What complete fascist losers and as*holes.

I don’t suppose the A.G. Barr would have any influence whatsoever on how this court chooses to operate, right?
There seems to be no referee to blow the whistle and say, enough! Stop torturing this man with an endless trial.
Torturing the plaintiff with an obvious intent to bankrupt or beat down into hopeless despair.
Wrap this sh*t up, do it quickly!
To: bitt
Or they are stalling because they expect Durham and Barr to question publicly if Flynn was framed by the FBI and DOJ just before or right after he is sentenced.
That just might make the court look bad.

I like Sidney Powell. but she does not seem to have done Flynn much good. Perhaps the opposite.

There is nothing he can do since he pleaded guilty. He needs to take his sentence and appeal. He will have a good chance to present his case on am appeal. As of now, he has pretty much waived any chance of defending himself.

How will Flynn have any more right to discovery during an appeal then he does before sentencing?

That poor, poor man. The Deep State set him up. They also altered the transcrips of his FBI interview. The Deep State has bankrupted him. He has lost his home. He possibly faces jail time. He has been punished enough. The charges should be dismissed. Shame, shame, shame on our Federal prosecutors! In any case, come November 4, 2020, there will be a lot of pardons issued by President Trump.

I think she’s been making some sound arguments but the DOJ still hasn’t handed over some of the documents she’s been asking for and Sullivan hasn’t helped much, either. I think we all saw a glimmer of hope when he stopped this thing in it’s tracks, seeing all the corruption, but he hasn’t done much more since.
One would think that Gen Flynn would have a case of being able to claim “ineffective counsel” or whatever that term is, when you have really crappy lawyers, as the first ones didn’t seem to present much of a defense.
But, this thing stinks to high heaven. You take a plea, you’re admitting guilt and giving up your right to appeal, in exchange for a more lenient sentence, which is, normally, agreed upon by the prosecution and defense then signed off on, by the judge. And it’s usually very quick. Not so in this case, obviously.
