Another bailout for CA? Reaponsible states and their citizens giving CA another free ride is not just no.

Agree. no bailout. My comment was a reference to Gavin Newsom discovering the 10th amendment a couple of days ago (to tell Trump to go to hell, this is a California issue, not federal). Well, if the Republicans in Washington created the problem (as Newsom maintains) then they should fix it, not leave a mess for the state to clean up. That implies the feds step in to fix the mess they made. But Newsom sees more value in telling the feds to go to hell and do nothing about the problem because it will be a club for him to beat Trump with.

San Francisco area home prices saw year over year declines as of last spring, while the country generally was seeing rising home prices.

Sales of San Francisco homes – including Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Mateo, Solano and Sonoma counties – were nearly 15% lower in March compared with a year ago. That was the lowest March reading in 11 years. Sales have been at 11-year lows since December and have fallen on a year-over-year basis for the past 10 months.

San Francisco Bay Area home prices fall for the first time in 7 years

What this study ignores is that the exfil is American middle class and the infill is massive criminal migrants who are a net loss in tax income.

The situation in California is at critical mass.

Dream on, what's happening is that there are almost more Americans leaving California than illegals entering.

It's no surprise to me that after the terms of democrats Davis, Schwarzenegger, Brown and now Newsom, there has finally been so much damage done to the states economy and quality of life/freedom that any and all that can are getting out following the industry that went before.

Nailed it.

And the emigration from state, by those able to do so, whether because they’re retired, company moved to lower taxes or their job is portable/remote, they’re bringing their Liberal/Democrat/Socialist/Progressive BS with them and to destroy the next place. They ruin everyplace they go.

That is actually a very bad thing.

Many, if not most, of those CA refugees are going to be locusts. They’re going to go to where the eating is cheaper and then start devouring.

And while devouring, they’re going to push for every failure of a policy they ran from.

They’ll do this until the new home is all eaten up and just as bad as where they ran from, then fly off to the next.

Pacific Northwest and the entire Southwest of the US has been hammered by this over the last few decades.

Where ever you’re at, this is eventually coming to your home town too.

And not just to places like Denver and Austin. Now Atlanta, the Carolinas and even Florida are receiving an influx of Democrat leaning expat Californians.
