She is delaying in order to get the courts to give her:

>All the Mueller Grand Jury raw transcripts
>Mulvaney and other’s testimony
These are all currently before the courts and if she can delay acquittal or dismissal until they decide she will get all three. If McConnell acquits or dismisses before the courts rule she will get nothing.
That’s her strategy.
