I have noticed that dims just do not have the ability to make logical decisions.
I had a theory that it has something to do with genes, since all dims seem to have the same problem with logic and morality, but never researched the topic.

Whether they are doctors, lawyers, preachers or top cops matters not. It is in the genes.
Now if this is correct, arguing with them is useless. They can no more think the way real conservatives think and reason anymore than their dim icon, the jackass, can read the Bible.
So instead of reasoning with them, we need to simply enforce the Constitution, our laws that are constitutional and push them aside.
Option B is Eugenic Disposal. As you pointed out, their sociopathy is genetic, and they cannot be "educated" into tolerance. They have demonstrated that they cannot be trusted with their own or anyone else's welfare. They do not understand this "freedom" thing.
Perhaps we can breed it out of the gene pool. The technology is on the shelf.

Genes? Maybe. But, I think it’s also that as they climb their professional ladders, they are more and more insulated from the consequences of what they support. And then they realize that in order to climb even more or gain more clout, they have to really start diving in, because that’s what the puppet masters want. Obedience.
Typical liberals, all kind, caring and compassionate, yet they don’t want any of the people they support near them.
Go anywhere in the country, pretty much, your police chiefs are, for the most part, Liberal political hacks. Get out away from the cities and your Sheriffs and Chiefs tend to be Conservative and Constitutionalist’s.
No different than the politicians and the leeches in DC. They love supporting their liberal causes from their ALL-WHITE neighborhoods in and around DC. Let a black guy walk down the street, minding his own business and see how fast a cop shows up.

When The Truth is sourced OUTSIDE yourself you have only to accept where it leads you. This is why there is peace in acceoting God. Those who displace God’s authority with THEIR OWN live in angry denial. Any logic that points them to that which is unacceptable is denied.
