Pelosi and her minions want to get their hands on that material so they can use it as opposition research to beat POTUS over the head with. There is something there they want. The house Rats think the longer they hold off sending the impeachment stuff to the Senate, the better chance they have of obtaining that info.
Any new information likely wouldn't be allowed in a senate trial. They'd need to re-hear evidence and re-vote and re-submit, as I understand it.
Turtle would not allow new charges otherwise. Alternatively, their goal has always been to turn public sentiment / approval ratings until DJT felt American wanted him to resign, which new info could affect. Not a chance , imho

Gives credence to mueller and in their mind enhances their claims and not having sent articles a way to explain to their base that even though they voted they need to start again as that’s their constitutional duty
