So what.
Shut this corrupt court of tyrants down.
Yeah sure, it was the FBI’s fault that these ACLU Trump hating judges approved crap without reviewing it!
They’ve known it was false evidence, and a lie, for two years! (Nunes memo)
Now, she’s outraged? I’m not buying it. This is the judge in a bit of CYA, after she’s been exposed as part of the coup!
I am calling CYA brand Bull $hittery on this faux, little too late to matter, outrage.
It is time that the same justice is applied to these people as the John Q. Taxpaying Public . . . .forget about the illegals . . . we are too far gone for that issue.
And then she promptly announced her retirement from the court, citing her health. More accurately, she was “warned” about her health...

This judge sounds like he wants to be honest. But a secret court cannot be fair. Never has in all
Of history. Our founders knew this
Nothing stopping them from issuing bench warrants.
Brilliant deduction... and, great timing...
The only remedy in government towards government is to spend more money to fix something. Any questions?
First, I agree with others, that the judge knew two years ago. In fact, Admiral Rogers reported this and was supposedly working with the chief FISA judge two years ago to “get to the bottom” of this. And yet, only now is the judge demanding answers. This is CYA. The judges were complicit.
Since Justice Roberts is over the FISC, he is also complicit.
Second, solving the problem doesn’t mean changing the rules, or adding more rules. It was already against the rules to lie to the court. The answer to fraud is jail time.
And anyway, Collier is gone now and Justice Roberts has ramrodded through an Obama pick.
So the fisa court judges didn’t notice any thing wrong over tens of thousands of rubber-stamped (by them) fisa applications...and NOW they are whining? I’d say they are incompetent boobs. They only rejected three hundreths of a percent (.0003) of the “applications”. Pretty discriminating, no??? Can you say “rubber stamp” or “kangaroo”?
Oh, my; a strongly worded letter! I’ll bet she even used bolding and italics. How they must be sheepish and remorseful.
What she DIDN’T DO is find them in contempt, refer a perjury charge, and quash the warrant.
Warned in 2015 and 2017 BY Nunes and Adm. Rogers, this comes a little late to the party.
I understand she is resigning. Great, but she let the damage to the country go forward by her (a)partisanship or (b) incompetence.
and since the surveillance was illegitimate because of the false info to obtain it- the whole impeachment should be thrown out
Collyer trying to deflect her own involvement. Nice try.
Comey’s doing the same thing — throwing his underlings under the bus when he himself is as guilty as sin.
She will probably accept, “We take this seriously and it will not happen again.”
At last the first in a hopefully long series of Busses getting perps thrown under them!
For the love of God...
ARREST SOMEBODY !!
