I suspect what this law would do is increase the number of individuals falsely accused of raped much more than it would accuse actual rapists.
Note: I said "individuals" because a woman can force another woman into having sex, right?

Now all men are guilty unless and until proven innocent. All of us have to be "unimpeachable." Pardon the sick pun.
