You need more enlightenment. Both houses have to approve a VP replacement that is appointed. No one nominated by Trump will get past the House.

Trump will not be convicted along with Pence.

The reason for the games is to create a wedge issue next November and hold the Articles as long as the reprobates can.

Pelosi/Schumer/dem Pres. candidate have a legion voters that are addicted to taxpayers’ funded gibs along with an academic elitists (Useful Idiots) who shake their fist at the private sector and educate the minds full of mush to turn against the productive class/parents/Christendom.

This crap is about luring in independents who buy the bi-partisan meme instead of doing what is right/sane/Holy.

My apologies. The main point is that there doesn’t have to be a VP replacement. The President could appoint 10 nominees and not get approval, but at no time is the Speaker of the House a temporary replacement. Having Donald Trump as the sole power in the Executive Branch (which he is or would be, anyway) may not be something the House would savor. At any rate, going after impeachment of the VP is just a non-sensical way for the Dems to go, as someone thought earlier on the thread....
