Jackie had her mind made up months ago, so, she needed to recuse herself from the impeachment votes and from the hearings. She did no such thing.
In fact, the whole democrat party side of congress had already made up their minds before the vote today, so, they were not impartial and needed to recuse themselves, but they did not.
Imagine selecting somebody as a juror for a court case, and knowing that he/she had already made up his/her mind before the court case was heard. Jackie is the juror with conviction already in her mind.
