Nope.

Andrew Johnson should have been removed.

We had a Republican House, Senator and Presidential Cabinet.

Republican President Lincoln made a mistake of running with a democrat Vice President for election purposes.

All that brought was his assassination.

Johnson was at odds with the entire elected and appointed body of the country during a time of the end of the war and start of reconstruction.

Hmmm, if he had been removed, who would have replaced him ?

Based on the succession act then in effect, President pro tempore of the Senate Ben Wade would have become Acting President pending a special presidential election.

You are saying he should be removed because the swamp disagreed with him?

The law he was impeached on was deemed unconstitutional. And you’re saying he should have been removed? For choosing his own cabinet?
