The first concession he got is that Trump will endorse him against a strong primary challenge from an anti-Trump “Republican” who was the GOP frontrunner in 2020 to challenge Van Drew.
Who is this anti-trump Republican you are referring to. All three of the declared Republican candidates in the district cite Donald Trump on thier webpages.
