Per the Constitution, isn't the federal government divided into 3 coequal branches THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO MUTUALLY OBSTRUCT EACH OTHER in a 'balance of power' to prevent any branch from becoming powerful enough to impose tyranny on the American people?

When, where, why and how did Ukraine become an ally of the US? President Trump did provide Ukraine with military weapons, something the previous President (spit) refused to do. In fact it seems that much of Russian aggression against Ukraine began during obama’s presidency. Why aren’t people upset about his denial of military aid to our vulnerable “ally”.
