They don't necessarily mean to have a war, Laz. But they have full intentions of gaining total and complete control of the population including having the power of life or death of them at their whim. If it takes a war to accomplish that, so be it.

Translation of the above paragraph: We are going to have fight and perhaps die or die without fighting.
