Rep. Devin Nunes speaks to Fox and Friends about his phone records being released.
That makes all the related evidence invalid - fruit of the poisoned tree.
I hope he files a lawsuit next week. Schiff has to be punished.
And of course nothing will happen to Schiff. NOTHING.
He can file in Federal Court next week. Probably not much chance of winning, but it would put pencil D*** on the defensive...just sayin’.

They must think they can work this to suppress the Independent vote so people get disgusted and stay home because they have to know it won't swing independents and may not even increase the number of youth who turn out. They need some number though to get their fraud mixed into it or it'll stand out like a sore thumb.
The whole thing stinks of a bunch of HS kids who hate some new kid that isn't in their clique but who makes the football team, gets popular with the majority, etc. Like adults who are stuck in their early teens or childhood.

But they didn’t do it to Nunes. They did it to Giuliani and Parnas. Nunes just happened to be on the other end of the line.
I suggested this in another thread. Nunes couldn’t go to court until he finds out how Schiff got the info...schiff could have just made it up. In which case it’s another a different type of law suit.
Schiff did not LIE. He ‘parodied’ Nunes phone logs, like he did President Trump’s phone call transcript to Ukraine.
If Schitt could FABRICATE TRUMP'S WORDS to Zelensky on that infamous phone call, he sure as hell could do the same to Devin Nunes.
It is all of DC as the GOVT is full of crooks on the grease plus both houses of Congress are on the take.
