No, he’s not being a douche, he’s being intellectually honest - the way that liberals used to be before most of them either died off or turned into Leftists.
One can disagree (as he does) with policies or a particular person, but understand and respect the laws and the process involved (and that it may not work to your political or personal advantage in any given situation). That’s what Turley has demonstrated here. It is OK for him to be politically naive, misguided, etc., so long as he is honest and doesn’t try to overturn our system in order to get his way.
