Does HR 660 hold here, or will a more traditional approach be allowed, where the GOO can call it’s own witnesses and conduct unhindered questioning?
Same rules as Schiff had. I just read the limitations and any minority winesses or documents are subject to Nadler’s approval, just as it was under Schiff. It’s more of the same.
