16.5 million blacks voted in 2016, a fall-off from 2012. In 2018 there was an uptick.

What I don't understand is, how he can make a blanket statement of 18% ? of how many and where ?

can they turn:
Nevada ?
New Mexico ?
Colorado ?
Oregon ?
Wash. ?
Minn. ? could but wont
Illinois ? could but never
VA. ?

the east coast states ? not hardly...

If an increased share of the black vote goes to Trump, it may not be enough to flip those states. However, it would solidify Trump winning states he won last time. States such as Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, have significant numbers of black voters.

It would be nice to win by larger margins, as a cushion against recount shenanigans, or someone suddenly discovering boxes of ballots which mysteriously weren’t counted on election night.

It is all about the dem infested big cities and their stockpile of ballots marked to not to cause suspicion at the zero hour.

I think that’s the way it’s going to go. Don’t look for black folks to vote GOP. Instead, expect them to look at the rat candidates and decide to stay home.

If black folks stay home that counts as a negative vote for the rats.
