Yes, as much as I hate Twitter, and dislike the way POTUS sometimes uses it, at times he has no other way to get his message to the masses. Anything he says elsewhere is hidden, filtered, distorted, edited, twisted, presented out of context, and lied about to prevent voters from hearing his actual message. Unless you actually watch or read every word of his press conferences, interviews, statements, etc, you will have no idea what he said or wrote.
Maybe the thing to do, is get off twitter and talk directly the officials responsible for the actions that he wants to be taken. No confusion when you tell them exactly what you, as CinC, want accomplished.
