His legal team’s been trying to bait the Democrats into forcing him to testify but notice they only threatened and never dared to do it. So he and Trump have been tweaking the press every day to rile up the extremist Dems so they would demand Schiff do it. There’s a reason they are afraid to do so.

Bolton is under a non-disclosure agreement and covered by Executive Privilege. He wants the dems to take it to court to get around Executive Privilege. That can take months and the dems want to get this done by the end of the year. But I believe that Trump will be forced by the Senate to let bolton testify and bolton is going to say exactly what the dems want to hear.

But does ex privilege mean he CAN’T testify or is it legally still his choice but he’s just protected if doesn’t want to?
