its called separation of powers..executive privilage....dont like..then they gotta go to court. That kills their timeline though...
Well, they don’t want it to be over too soon. I think they’d be just fine keeping up appearance of wrongdoing straight through the election. They certainly can’t rely on their accomplishments and platform.
