For your edification, Giuliani fixed the mob in NYC. By fix, I mean he utterly destroyed them.
He warmed up by taking out their control of the famous Fulton Fish Market. He kept at it and used effectively the RICO laws, new at that time to decimate the mob.
If he comes across this way as you say, then it’s not due to any knowledge or understanding.
I saw all of this first hand.

I know that! But like the old saying goes: To catch the shark, you need to swim with the sharks. Giuliani busted the mob because he knew how they played, and he played like they did in order to beat them. Very effective. And there is no doubt in my mind that Giuliani was investigating the crooked Ukrainian dealings in the same manner. But the optics are terrible, and that is where the problem comes in.
There’s a reason Rudy has not been called to testify.. What he was doing for the president was perfectly legal and he would make mincemeat out of these democrat Deep Staters calling his motives unto question.
