Same with both of those and the executive branch. Just as Trump and the executive cannot interfere in this house investigation. The Constitutional separation of powers are clear on this.
The optics are how the media frames it for later on, and how the talk show hosts spin it.
Well, they don’t want it to be over too soon. I think they’d be just fine keeping up appearance of wrongdoing straight through the election. They certainly can’t rely on their accomplishments and platform.
Sondland has stated both what he said in deposition, and then also stated what he put into the correction after the Dems threatened to perjure him.
He’s putting forth BOTH of his versions so the GOP can impeach his testimony ... and in all likelihood the democrats will then follow through on their threat to charge Sondland with perjury.

Yeah Sondland gave the msm their sound bites for weeks. I still think this guy is a angry fool seeking attention. He offers no proof. Period.
I’m starting to think that this will end in a presidential censure and no impeachment. I just can’t see it going to a senate trial. If it was even halfway fair it would be a disaster for Schiff and Co. While my faith in Graham is limited I believe he would lay out rules that are fair to the president.

People work....at days end they tune into the 6:00 news. They will always hear whatever is pushed out by the pundits on whatever network they ‘habitually’ listen to.
