I believe that as well. I do see variations in species that is easy to explain (longer billed birds of the same species in one area of the world do to breeding of the survivors that required a longer beak to feed after locating in a different area, longer denser fur on any mammal or any other adapted difference)I don't see any “missing link” fossils that show a critter change from one class to another though.

How about Tiktaalik... sarcopterygian fish from the Devonian with limb anatomy analogous to amphibians and other tetrapods with limbs showing a one bone-two bone many bone structure encased in a fish fin.
