Then why are all those college admissoon crimes in a Boston courtroom.

Good question and I don’t know the answer. Possibly the guy who engineered it was working out of Boston?

I used to teach Constitution to 7th graders. We went line-by-line through the whole thing—it’s not really that long—though it probably seemed a lifetime to them! Anyhow that’s how I know what’s in there. Here’s the text from Article 3:

“The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.”
