I think he wants a trial in the Senate. The dirt would ooze out of the Swamp for all to see.
Democrats will never allow it to happen.
Neither will the uniparty. For those reasons, impeachment is still DOA.
The trial in the Senate will hurt the Democrats. It will also hurt the Democrat Senators such as Warren, Booker, Harris, with time taken away for raising money and campaigning.
It hurts Biden because he will be one of the topics. Maybe it is Republican strategy to keep this fake impeachment going.
