Schiff is purposefully doing this so that questioning will be delayed and then his hammer for dismissal for lunch if anything gets too heated.
I don’t know what the Republicans will ask, but they should just say, “Were you ambassador during the phone call?” She says, No.” Then the Republicans say, “Okay, I think we’re done here.”
Then get up and walk out.
They are in recess, and have been for about 30-45 mins now. They’re supposed to resume with the Republican side asking the questions in about 15 minutes.
