The Rules of the House, and by extension, committee proceedings, are to be structured SOLELY under Robert’s Rules of Order.
Schiff continues to violate this RULE OF THE HOUSE.
The Republicans must request the House Parliamentarian to be present and field any direct procedural questions (Points of Order).
She was very effective. I liked the ‘I yield back 5 seconds’ at the end. Fantastic!

I actually have no answer to that. This Castor guy was sly yesterday and it worked well. However I have little idea where he is going today. He seems to be consumed by his own (cool) quirky presentation and not by getting answers to help Nunes, Trump, and us.

Question: if a tweet is intimidation, then why isn't releasing the actual transcripts of telephone calls also intimidation of the witnesses who were going to testify about them?
It's only intimidation to people who were going to be less than truthful, which is what cross-examination is all about, right?
It seems to me that for three years the Democrats have been trying to call Trump's defense of himself obstruction and intimidation.
Trump is guilty of obstructing their coup against him and intimidating future conspirators into not participating in an illegal activity.

Robert’s Rules of Order are specifically for non-legislative bodies. They’re based on Congress, but not religiously so.
