That's not how it works.
They made a claim and offer no evidence, and no other news organization that I can find even mentions Barr or Durham going to Ukraine.
As I said in my original post, it's possible that they have a huge scoop but I think that's about as possible as proving a negative, which you asked me to do.
Since the MSM hasn't reported on it (cough, cough...Amy Robach...cough, cough) you call it BS.

Maybe it should be called "The Eric Ciaramella Effect" (TECE).
Everybody knows about it but nobody wants to talk about it.
I'll remain skeptical and yet keep an open mind at the same time.
Perhaps I'll "read between the lines" a little closer.
Maybe use some of that deductive reasoning human beings are endowed with.
Either way, it'll all be fleshed out in time.
