Hmmm. As far as nuzzlin’ joe threatening to withhold the money and bragging about it, he did that at the CFR meeting and from what I take it was his usual “See what a bad ass I am!” ramblings. Sort of like his story of how he backed down ‘corn pop’ and his posse back when he was a life guard. Is there any evidence he did it? Not defending him in the least but I think too much is being made of his comments to his buddies.

This one is a little bigger than the life guard thing. This borders on the edge of terrorism and definitely falls under the blanket of corruption the 1999 Treaty signed by both countries falls into since the investigation being referenced was about his son’s company in the Ukraine.
