I want to feel good about this however, what if all it ever is, is a referral? A referral that they decline to pursue.

Are you sure about that? My understanding is that they have already had a grand jury. I don't thing we are looking at referrals at this point just indictments.

I’d be happy to know that for sure but it’s all speculation at this point. I would love for some real progress to be made.
