Department of Justice inspector general Michael Horowitz is expected to make multiple criminal referrals as part of his report based on his probe of how the FBI dug into President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign, according to journalist Sara Carter. One of those criminal referrals is expected to be former FBI director James Comey, according to two sources, the report claims. House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs told Sean Hannity of Fox News that several other top government figures — such as former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe and former U.S. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein — may also be found "culpable." Horowitz's report is expected to be made public before the end of November. His investigation is also expected to reveal that the FBI knew before securing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant to spy on former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page that ex-British spy Christopher Steele's controversial dossier on Trump could not be verified, according to Carter. The report may also throw a wrench into House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff's impeachment inquiry of Trump. According to Carter's news report, Horowitz's findings will make it clear that Schiff's backing of the FBI's FISA warrant on Page was entirely based on the California Democrat's bias against Trump and not on any objective considerations. Many Republican officials say that Schiff's single-mindedness on impeachment proceedings against the president demonstrates this continued bias, Carter reported. Attorney General William Barr has directed federal prosecutor John Durham to investigate the FBI in how it handled its investigation of Trump's 2016 campaign.

I feel like there is way more to the Jeff Sessions story than we know.
I really believed he was somehow blackmailed. Maybe he had a son with a record. Maybe Sessions himself had skeletons in the closet.
Because for a man to spend an entire campaign fawning over the candidate like Sessions did....for a man to be awarded a most prestigious position immediately upon that person’s election....than that man turns over the most important investigation of the candidate WITHOUT TELLING HIS NEW BOSS A THING ABOUT IT????
There’s more to Sessions’ story than we know.
So I argue.
Isn’t this the report that was supposed to come out last spring, then it was the summer, and it’s still not been released. We have heard too many rumors. When these IG reports are issued they are always big disappointments. Horowitz is an 0bama stooge who us coving for his administration’s misdeeds, plus we still have other stooges within the DoJ right now.

Nothing about criminal referrals for any of the major players, in that article are true. Not going to happen. During his first go, Horowitz had McCabe lying. Dead to rights. Instead of saying that, he described McCabe as lacking candor. Total cop out. And in the grand scheme of this farce, McCabe was nothing more than a useful puppet who was in a certain position to do a certain thing. None of the other players, who were all above him in the hierarchy will be touched.
Pessimistic? Absolutely. Realistic? Absolutely.
It was reported a while back that Strzok was still showing up at FBI headquarters and seen meeting with FBI/DOJ personnel. Not even trying to hide it.

As of today, we know of and have proof of a group of individuals who tried to basically, overthrow the government. I’m pretty sure something like that could lead to someone being taken into custody under the NDAA. You know? Trying to subvert the government. Sedition. Treason. Petty stuff like that.

As I read through the headlines posted on FR, it occurs to me that it is the Left who will soon feel their phony world is collapsing in on them, and that they will be the first to over react.
Well, if there is a skeleton in Sessions’ closet and he runs in Alabama, the DEMs won’t be so nice this time as they want as many Senate seats as possible.
What I don’t understand is why is Barr waiting on a report from the IG? There is not one reason that he has to wait. Thousands of people are arrested daily and it did not require an IG report.
If they are guilty, haul their ass in. Invite CNN to see 5am swat teams raids with dogs, helicopters, boats, and military weapons to arrest Nellie Ohr.
Barr is not going to do nothing, or he already would have. Wait, maybe he’ll have dinner with his brain scrambled friend Mueller who did not have the competency to run a farce of operation to topple an American President.

He did retire rather quickly and quietly. And not a word from him since then.
