Or does this just mean he is SEEKING the Constitution Party’s nomination?
My guess is the latter. I doubt the Constitution Party would announce their candidate before next Spring at the earliest.
The Constitution Party hasn’t announced a candidate. Blakenship does seem to be associated previously with the CP.
