PJ when Rush just said "the woman rolled her eyes and snapped, 'he can't just arbitrarily change things like that he's not a king'" was he quoting an MSM article? I missed the lead-in and it's not searching anywhere.

He may have been ad libbing a series of columns from Betsy McCaughey:
