I don’t doubt that Bloomberg could win very liberal states where large cities decide the rest of the states presidential votes, i.e. New York, California, etc. However, Bloomberg is very little charisma to win any states outside of the far left East and west coast where apparently many other people like being told what to do by the government.
Michael Bloomberg could pick up most of the districts where Herself did well, though by perhaps not such lopsided margins as were run up in California. Many of the supporters of Herself in 2016 will just sit home on their hands in 2020 if any of the really radicals should manage to get themselves positioned on the ticket.
