So blanket immunity for the House to do whatever they want? Just put into the a couple select people (Pelosi & Schiff) and let them do all the corruption needed. Then no one can question them.
The Senate would/could not investigate the House.
They are equal.
Statements by a House member in the Senate may not have legislative immunity though.
I think the House would appoint members with ‘clean hands’ as Managers.
