“I’m kind of dense; is this an attempt to take heat off of Strozk, while telling the judge, “Oh, by the way, we need a do-over”?”

This submission by the defense explains why the DOJ came back and said we mixed up the agent’s notes. But it looks like that might be a lie..

Correction to my post 69. The government still isn't sure who authored the notes. If you read the letter it says "we received word that our Surreply MAY have misidentified the authorship of the handwritten notes from the January 24, 2017 interview of your client."
