“We have 100 years of fire suppression that has led to this huge accumulation of fuel loads, just dead and downed debris from trees and plant material in our forests, and in our woodlands,”

That's as far as I got because it is a LIE. We were still clearing, managing and cleaning up our Forests well into the 70's, but then along came The Sierra Club and the Courts began accepting their Bribes.

A friend of mine from Oxnard told me that back in the day, poor folks would go up into the mountains and collect dead underbrush to use as firewood for the winter. The forest floor was well kept. And they didn’t have all these huge fires either. Go figure.

My husband and I watched an interview with a firefighter from California several years ago. I remembered it because he said in essence tree huggers had created the situation of more and worse fires because they filed lawsuits, etc that prohibited them from doing prescribed burns that would have eliminated a lot of the underbrush these wildfires use as fuel.

My husband rec’d degree in Wildlife biology and forestry in early seventies. He said the very thing: environmentalists.

He also said the American Indians use to set fires to control fires out West.

Leftists don’t care! They love chaos. Leftists have taken over the Dim Party.
