Matt Gaetz is an incredible rising star in the GOP.
He’s so good, I would go so far as to say he’s presidential. An excellent future presidential candidate.
Lots of cynical comments on this thread — even defeatist. Which is what I have come to expect on Free Republic, sad to state.
Right now, the RATs have us outnumbered in the House. Gaetz’s complaint may only be a rhetorical gesture, but it’s a good and necessary one.
I for one am proud that not a single GOP rep turned traitor in today’s vote — unless you want to count the egregious Justin Amash, but he already left the party, the dirty quisling.
