Like how he’s skewering the corrupt media, congress, intelligence leadership.

Agree, and coupled with headline, it’s a strategy that the Deep State ABHORS, and what the military even prosecutors for.
It’s called HUMILIATION and tactic that pretty much every president in our lifetimes considered crude and vile. Yet we did the same in WW2.
If the Deep State had been allowed to describe the killing, it would have went something like:
“Today, ISIS lost member of their family, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. While we don’t always agree with his policies of beheading and throwing gays off of buildings, we would much rather see him tried in a court of law, as who are we to make summary judgements of character.”
