“State’s evidence” ?? What’s he going to bring to the table? His “explanations” are given like a Word Salad Shooter. Words flying everywhere, who could possibly put them together to find even ONE coherent sentence, let alone an entire plot! He’s even worse than Mueller and that’s saying a lot.

The “following orders defense” didn't work at Nuremberg and it won't work here. I have always thought Clapper to be a weak link who will fold. But, if he wants a good deal, he has to hurry since Baker got in ahead of him.
