It’s just slanderous. There are over 240 “rebel groups” in Syria. The US supports the Free Syrian Army and several Kurdish factions which are by far the most moderate of the non-Islamist rebels.
You frickin “Neo-Con Warmongers” types take actions of an Islamist-supremacist Shiite rebel faction and slap it onto a photo of US politicians with an anti-Assad secularist rebel group like FSA or Kurds. But all you say is “rebel group” and slander FSA and Kurds as Islamist-supremacist in order to slime US Republican politicians.
That photo is from Libya, with the jihadists McCain, Graham and Rubio assisted in the illegal overthrow of the Libyan government.
Libya was then used as a staging area to arm jihadists in Syria.
