He is a moron. His ability to effect the arrest would be federal secret service vs NYPD. If the evidence was there, the impeachment would take about 15 minutes and Pence would be president. More concerning is DeBlasio taking an obvious joke as real and making plans as if true.
That was part of the fig leaf for the Russia “investigation”. What about the video of Biden shaking down Ukraine to fire a prosecutor? He outlined committing a probable crime, using his official position for an outcome favorable to get his son out of a criminal investigation and there were millions of dollars of money to his family exchanged.
