Lloyd's Taco Truck is issuing an apology for serving meals at the Batavia Federal Detention Center.
In a statement, Lloyd's says it received a request a few weeks back to serve there. However, it says it made an honest mistake going there, saying "Lloyd's has deep ties to the immigrant and refugee communities in Buffalo." Lloyd's says there was no excuse in serving there and has begun updating internal procedures to prevent a repeat.
The Batavia facility holds detainees in custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
That decision led to a backlash on social media, with one tweeter posting, "Gotta make sure the deportation squad gets their tacos I guess. Pathetic choice to make a buck."

What a bunch of lousy weenies and aiders of illegal aliens (they’ll take their money but won’t feed those in jail). If this makes any sense drop a dime and call me.
How do you say “BOYCOTT” time?
All of mine are in the Philly area.
I believe that Chik-Fil-A does, in deeds if not words. It drives the queers and their clients crazy mad.
I would not eat one if it was free. No telling how much extra seasoning you would get. In fact, I would not even hold one in my hand.
Horrid.
